Earnings depend on your experience, the type of equipment you operate, and the specific carrier’s pay structure. Most of our partner carriers offer competitive CPM or percentage-based pay, along with bonuses for safety and performance. We will discuss specific pay scales during our initial call.
What types of driving positions do you offer?
We cover a wide range of opportunities across the industry. Does Oktai Logistics make the final hiring decision?
No. We act as your professional bridge to carriers. Our role is to match your profile with the best available job opportunities and guide you through the application. The final hiring decision, including your driving records (MVR/PSP) and background check, is performed directly by the carrier’s safety department.
Do I need a CDL to apply through Oktai Logistics?
Not necessarily. While many positions require a Class A CDL, we have a constant demand for reliable Non-CDL drivers for Box Trucks and Vans. Your experience, license type, and driving record will determine which carrier is the best fit for you.
