These investigations may include, but are not limited to: Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR), PSP, DAC Reports, CDLIS, Employment Verification, and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse records. You understand that Oktai Logistics LLC acts as a facilitator and that these investigations are performed by hiring carriers or their providers in strict accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Oktai Logistics LLC provides its services "as is." We are not liable for any disputes, contract breaches, or accidents that may occur once a driver is placed with a carrier. Final hiring decisions and employment terms are strictly between the carrier and the driver.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations and warranties relating to our website and its use. We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
